COLDPLAY does not suck live

I had the pleasure of attending a COLDPLAY concert on saturday at the Energy Solutions Arena and let me tell you this, the band lived up to their stature. It was almost a euphoric experience. The arena was sold out and every single person there became a believer by the end of the show. Chris Martin is an immensely talented musician and the rest of the band are a perfect compliment. The guys seemed really appreciative of the audience, almost humble, as humble as one of the biggest bands in the world can be. The stage show was impressive and the band is not afraid to get close to the audience, as in get right into the audience. They ran all the way to the back of the arena, got up into the rafters, right among the crowd to do a couple of songs. Truly impressive. If you have a chance, check out COLDPLAY in concert, even if that makes you gay according to some of your friends.
